Think of it as having a dedicated operator who knows your whole operation and is constantly looking for ways to make it faster, leaner, and smarter.

This is not project time. AI Operations hours cover strategy, systems optimization, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement.

Project Work —
Billed Separately

Need something built? We handle custom applications, website rebuilds, integrations, and complex automations. All project work is:

  • Scoped and estimated before work begins
  • Delivered with documentation and training
  • Tested in staging before deployment

Because with modern AI tools and our processes, we apply a true 10x leverage factor to everything we do. 16 hours × 10 = 160 hours of effective output — a full month of work. And we do it for less than the monthly cost of a minimum wage employee. The 16 hours isn’t a limitation. It’s the math. That said, if your business needs more hours, we’re happy to accommodate — additional time is available as project hours at $175/hr.
No problem. Additional hours are available as project hours at $175/hr, billed in 30-minute increments. We’ll scope it out, give you an estimate, and get it done. Larger builds can also be scoped as a full project engagement.
After your initial 3-month commitment, your subscription continues month-to-month at your agreed rate — no contracts, no surprises. You can move down to a lower tier if your needs change. Founding clients should note: if you skip a month or drop to the 4-hour tier, your founding rate status ends. It’s a commitment we take seriously, and we ask the same of our founding clients.
We'll put every minute to work. If there's time left after your primary deliverable, we'll use it on other optimizations that move the needle for your business. If for any reason we can't find a fit, we refund in 30-minute increments — so if we complete 2.5 hours of work, you get a refund for the remaining 2.5.
